To ensure we provide safe, up-to-date and personalised medical care, any patient who has not attended the clinic for 18 months or longer will be required to book an Extended Existing Patient Consultation before accessing further appointments or services.
This appointment allows our clinicians to review your medical history, update your records, discuss any changes to your health, and ensure we can continue to provide the highest standard of care.
