This is a truly outstanding GP practice. You are seen promptly and I had immediate confidence in my doctor. At no time did I feel hurried and I received expert attention delivered in a friendly and professional manner. It is streets ahead of every other GP practice I have known. If you want a family GP who genuinely cares about your health then this is the place
I found the staff helpful and welcoming. The whole ambiance of the place was quiet and peaceful. It was very comforting. The receptionist put me at ease and the Dr was very easy to talk to - and he listened very carefully to what I said. The charges were fully explained and very reasonable, they were less than I expected.
The surgery is superb. As a result of the constructive advice offered by my doctor following a comprehensive consultation, I have made numerous positive improvements to my well being and look forward to a healthier future.
The staff (doctors and receptionists) are polite, friendly and attentive. The doctors in particular fully listen to your concerns before suggesting any further steps. I know one has to pay for the service but sometimes it's worth it for that little bit extra!
Completely impressed by the speed with which I was seen and excellent consultation. I was made to feel extremely welcome, the reception was very welcoming and relaxing and the receptionist very nice.
